We recommend dressing comfortably. When you arrive at the spa, you will be able to change into a spa robe in slippers if you desire. We recommend changing into a spa robe if you will be receiving multiple treatments. It is not necessary for you to change into a robe for nail treatments, but don’t forget your flip flops if you will be getting a pedicure. During massage therapy treatments, your therapist will advise you to undress to your comfort level. You will be covered at all times with a sheet and blanket. The therapist will only uncover the area that they are working on at the time and then re-cover it.

This is only temporary though and is due to the lactic acid — which is crystallized in the muscle — being worked out. It is important to drink plenty of water following a massage. You need to help hydrate the tissue and flush the toxins being released.
