Cancellation and Late Policies
At Salon CoCo BOND, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a seamless, elevated experience. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, and in return, we kindly ask for your respect of our time and our team.
Our Commitment to You
When you book an appointment, that time is exclusively held for you. Our service providers prepare in advance and rely on scheduled appointments as their primary source of income.
Why This Policy Matters
Our stylists and service providers are commission-based professionals. When an appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice, that reserved time often cannot be filled—resulting in lost income for the provider.
We believe in fairness and consistency for both our team and our guests. Just as you value your time, we honor and protect theirs.
Cancellation Guidelines
To best serve all of our guests and protect our team, we kindly enforce the following:
• No-Show Appointments
Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Will incur a 100% service charge, if we miss/are unable to fill your appointment time slot.
Waxing Appointments: Since most waxing appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee full appointment for waxing if they are more than 5 minutes late.
• Keratin Treatments
Require 48 hours notice. Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a 100%service charge due to the extended time reserved, if we are unable to fill your appointment time slot.
A Gentle Perspective
When a guest does not arrive for their appointment, it is not simply a missed visit—it is time that a service provider has set aside, prepared for, and ultimately goes unpaid.
In the same way one would not expect to work a full day and only be compensated for part of it, we strive to ensure our team is treated with the same fairness and respect.

We send appointment reminders as a courtesy to help you manage your schedule. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if any changes are needed.
