Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
What should I wear to the spa and during spa treatments?
We recommend dressing comfortably. When you arrive at the spa, you will be able to change into a spa robe in slippers if you desire. We recommend changing into a spa robe if you will be receiving multiple treatments. It is not necessary for you to change into a robe for nail treatments, but don’t forget your flip flops if you will be getting a pedicure. During massage therapy treatments, your therapist will advise you to undress to your comfort level. You will be covered at all times with a sheet and blanket. The therapist will only uncover the area that they are working on at the time and then re-cover it.

At least 2 weeks of hair growth is ideal for you to get the best results. Hair should be 1/4 to 1/2 inch long.
Is there anything I can do prior to a wax servie to make it more comfortable?
Make sure your skin is in great condition. Be sure to exfoliate and moisturize daily. This will reduce the chance of any skin irritation from occurring. NOTE: Do not exfoliate 24 hours prior to a waxing service.
Can I still wax if I have my period?
Yes. Make sure that the area is clean and that you are wearing a tampon. Your skin may be more be sensitive so you can take an aspirin or pain reliever an hour before to help.
